Knorr Snacking

We’ve partnered with Unilever to develop an entire new category for Knorr, instant meals. From business case to target consumers, innovation roadmap and multiple year marketing plan, we’ve helped along the road in the first 4 years to grow Knorr Snackpots to a multi million business with > 25% market share.

Through a 360° approach, we brought the new concept to life with a playful and accessible brand experience, tailored to young professionals and students. From dynamic visual identity to snackable social content, influencer partnerships, TV ads, sampling and in-store activation.

 

We focused on making taste, speed, and ease the core of the experience. The result? High engagement, fast-growing awareness, and strong repeat purchase. In just one year, penetration doubled and repeat purchases rose by 20%, cementing Knorr Snackpots as a category staple in retailers’ shelves.

Pladis

Since 2019, we’re a trusted partner for the Pladis Belgium team (with brands like Sultana, BN, McVitie’s, Flipz and Godiva), working closely together on the entire marketing strategy, innovation roadmap, touchpoint plan and communication execution. 

 

From annual planning to campaign architecture, we help define how each brand connects with its audience across both long-term positioning and short-term activation. By blending commercial objectives with a sharp creative lens, we develop consistent storytelling across digital, in-store, packaging and above-the-line media, tailored to the unique personality of each brand.

Bent Shoe Retailer

We’ve partnered with BENT since 2023, redefining their brand identity and positioning and developing clear marketing objectives, touchpoint plans and strategic advice.

 

The first step was a full rebranding, translating a new visual identity across all owned media, from their website and newsletters to Instagram and Facebook. We built the foundation for a recognisable and ownable brand world, and equipped the internal team with brand guidelines and content toolboxes to ensure long-term consistency and autonomy.

Building on the foundation, we rolled out the first phase of an always-on campaign, expanding into paid media with a clear focus on increasing brand awareness. Using a geo-targeted approach, we launched over 40 creative asset variations across digital outdoor, static posters, YouTube, and paid social, all tailored to the areas surrounding BENT’s 19 retail locations. The media rollout was phased and layered, ensuring both reach and repetition, as we're laying the groundwork for a renewed presence in a highly competitive retail sector.
