Question
Flipz wanted to grow brand awareness and affinity among Belgian consumers, particularly students, young adults and Gen Z, by introducing the product in a playful way on their feeds and phones, whilst also giving the audience plenty of opportunities to taste the chocolate covered pretzels.

Approach
We started by creating a strong key visual supported by a range of creative assets, including YouTube ads and point-of-sale materials, to expand public awareness. Alongside this, we rolled out a large-scale indirect sampling strategy combined with authentic creator content, efficiently reaching niche interest groups such as student life, travel, gaming and skating.

Results
Through indirect sampling, the targeted YouTube campaign and in-store activation, we managed to boost brand awareness among students and young adults. Our creator partnerships activated our Gen Z subcultures through TikTok and Instagram content, placing Flipz directly on their feeds and in their minds.
