Question

Flipz wanted to grow brand awareness and affinity among Belgian consumers, particularly students and Gen Z, by introducing the product in a playful way on their feeds and phones, whilst also giving the audience plenty of opportunities to taste it.

Approach

We started a creator-led movement on Instagram and TikTok with #thisflipzeverything, collaboration with well-known Belgian creators to integrate Flipz in their content. To bridge the digital hype to the real world, we rolled out a large-scale indirect sampling strategy to reach our target group both on- and offline.

Results

Our handpicked Belgian content creators got to work, generating high-energy content packed with even more positive vibes. Top-performing video's even earned an engagement rate of 11.9%, doubling the industry average. With our sampling campaign we’ve send out X samples all over Belgium to maximize the ability for the Gen Z audience to taste the product.

Beyond

To help with Flipz’s launch in Belgium, we also created a strong key visual with the “Sweet. Salty. Cruncy.” tagline supported by a range of creative assets, including YouTube ads and point-of-sale materials, to expand public awareness.
